He loves the water
Back at White Rock... it was a strange day at the beach, it was really sunny but the beach was cloaked in mist. It gave it a whole different look! I must admit, and it is no surprise to anyone, I love heading to this beach. Although now isn't so much about the fish and chips, as about a good coffee, date square, and wander in the opposite direction. A time for everything eh?

the creature from the blue lagoon....
He loves the beach, and we played in the water, and we had a grand old time at White Rock. Again. Definitely one of our favorite places to go, and Brandon really seems to enjoy every aspect - being at the beach, taking it all in, and being in the water.

Something about a sunset...
This was taken on our last night camping at Birch Bay, WA. We couldn't have asked for better weather. We got to hang out, roast some marshmellows, go for a swim, all that great stuff!

back at Barnet ...
I think that this has become one of my favorite places to take Brandon for a walk. There is always something to see, never a lot of people, and beautiful. We had fun snapping a bunch of candid shots sitting out on the grass, overlooking Deep Cove and Indian Arm. Yes, we are more than little smitten with our son and take lots of pics!

Oh glorious sun, where have you been?
The sun came out today, so I said forget putting the laundry away - get thee both of us out in the sun! Off to White Rock we went, and it was a fabulous day at the beach. We had fish and chips together for the first time, and the seagulls hovered, but didn't dive bomb us even though I did taunt them with a few fries! After lunch, we hooked up with dad for a few minutes in the middle of his day and got to share some love around with some of his friends that he knows through work. It was fun. We also stopped and picked up a few flats of strawberries!! YUM!!!
